Shipping
At Lūmii, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order is packed, processed, and shipped.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to process and prepare your order for dispatch.
When your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number/link so you can follow its journey.
Double-Check Your Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@lumiicollection.co.nz We may be able to update your address before your order is dispatched.
However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.
*Lūmii is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Where We Ship
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
We’re working on expanding shipping options in the future.
